Project approach
- Initial meeting to discuss the scope of the project/training and present LD & Co – the company, the vision and the way-of-working
- Project proposal
Once acquainted with the scope of the project or training, a tailored proposal is developed. The proposal presents LD & Co’s interpretation of the project scope, the detailed services the client can expect from LD & Co to deliver the project, and the budget and timing of the delivery.
- Project delivery
Projects are mostly kicked off by a couple of preparatory meetings. Objective of these meetings can be to gain the buy-in of the key stakeholders for the projects, to discuss the data required for delivering the project, to define the practicalities of the training,… The preparatory meetings are followed by the actual delivery of the project. The delivery can consist of several training days or meetings, depending on the scope of the project.
The delivery of the projects is covered by a confidentiality agreement, signed by both parties. This agreement specifies to which extent confidential data and proprietary methods, brought to the project by both parties, can be exploited.
- Project evaluation
The process is closed by a formal evaluation, in which the client is asked to define to which extent the delivered project has met the expectations, set at the start of the project. In case the expectations should not be fully met, LD & Co is committed to take the necessary corrective actions within the agreed budget.
