How ready is your organisation to win at the Point-of-Sales?

Wining at the Point-of-Sales by successfully working with retailers, requires the right focus, mindset, business processes, data, skills,…   To assess to which extent these elements are present, LD & Co can perform a Readiness assessment of your organisation. 

The assessment is done on the basis of a pre-defined checklist of topics.  These topics are assessed via a combination of interviews and an analysis of data and documents, which are gathered during the interviews.

The output of the assessment consists of a detailed report, specifying the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation in addressing the Point-of-Sales challenge, as well as a list of recommendations on how to address the detected areas for improvement. 

Cost of the assessment is 500 €.  If the Readiness assessment is followed by a training or consulting project, the cost of the assessment is deducted from the cost of that follow-up project.
