LD&Co, a leading Belgian Category Management training and consulting agency, is proud to announce the onboarding of Pascal Deckers as Managing Partner as of July 1st, 2023. This strategic collaboration aims to further enhance LD&Co’s services and deliver even greater value to clients seeking to optimize their Category Management expertise and practices.

Pascal Deckers joins LD&Co after having built more than 20 years of experience in Marketing Research, Trade and Shopper Marketing, Category Development and Global Marketing. He worked for category captains Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts (currently Jacobs Douwe Egberts) and Lotus Bakeries. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience and fresh insights to LD&Co and is a recognized professional in Category Management, with a focus on improving overall business performances with a pragmatic category mindset, fitting perfectly into LD&Co’s philosophy.

Luc Desmedt is founder of LD&Co and well-known for his extended experience in Category Management. Luc ground-started LD&Co in 2008 after 15 years of senior positions in Brand, Key Account and Category Management at P&G and 8 years as Managing Partner at Retail Insights. LD&Co is a lean and mean organization, offering suppliers and retailers solid consulting and training services for Category, Trade and Shopper Marketing competences and strategies.

Today marks a new journey for LD&Co by partnering up with Pascal. By joining forces, Luc and Pascal will combine their industry knowledge, expertise and for sure their passion for Category Management to develop customized, hands-on training programs and consulting services that address the evolving needs of LD&Co’s clients.
